On April 14, 2023, State Police of Saratoga arrested Alexander C. Morgan, 36, of Stillwater, NY, for Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
