On May 18, 2023, State Police of Chestertown arrested Mariah R. Denes, 21, of Warrensburg, NY, and Jordan Knopka, 39, of Warrensburg, NY, both for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class “E” felony.
During the initiative 22 businesses were checked for compliance. Five people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, after selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
On May 16, 2023, State Police of Saratoga arrested Matthew Breen, 55, of Saratoga Springs, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Forcible Touching.

On May 14, 2023, State Police arrested Joseph E. Millington, 33, of Warrensburg, NY, for False personation, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and a Public Health Law violation. David D. Rock, 54, of Fort Ann, NY, was also arrested for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and a Public Health Law violation.
On May 15, 2023, State Police of Saratoga arrested James D. Keister, 62, of Guilderland, NY, for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Forcible Touching, and Criminal Sale of Cannabis in the Third Degree.
On May 13, 2023, State Police arrested William P. Grewen, 65, of Saratoga, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.
