State Police arrest Stony Creek man for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

On November 7, 2022, State Police of Wilton arrested Harrison E. Blanchard, 20, of Stony Creek, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

State Police locate Hudson Falls woman during a warrant investigation and arrest her for drug possession

On November 8, 2022, State Police of Queensbury arrested Rachel M. Cenate, 31, of Hudson Falls, NY, on a warrant and for Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

On November 7, 2022, State Police of Queensbury arrested Andrea M. Stewart, 36, of Glens Falls, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

On November 3, 2022, State Police of Saratoga arrested Nichole L. Politsch, 33, of Gloversville, NY, for Driving While Impaired by Drugs with a Child, Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

State Police arrest New Jersey man for Kidnapping

On November 8, 2022, with the assistance of the Schenectady County District Attorney, Schenectady County Child Advocacy Center, and Schenectady County Child Protective Services, State Police arrested a 19-year-old man of Cherry Hill, NJ, for two counts of Kidnapping in the Second Degree, Attempted Rape in the First Degree, Attempted Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

*UPDATE* On November 8, 2022, with the assistance of the Schoharie County Child Protective Services, State Police arrested David R. Walker, 32, of Seward, NY, for Assault in the First Degree, a class “B” felony, Reckless Assault of a Child, a class “D” felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.

During the initiative 16 businesses were checked for compliance. Four people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, after selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
