State Police arrest Schaghticoke man following child pornography investigation
On November 16, 2022, members of the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, arrested Joseph M. Forhan, 48, of Schaghticoke, NY, for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “D” felony and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
