Latimer Jr., age 20, of Poughkeepsie, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, and Resisting Arrest, misdemeanors. A 16-year-old juvenile was also arrested, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 4th degree.
