Limestone man arrested for DWI at twice the limit after Great Valley accident

On January 6, 2021, SP Ellicottville and Machias Troopers arrested Kevin J. Crowley, 26, of Limestone, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.

Troopers investigating a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 219 in the town of Great Valley determined Crowley had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Crowley was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.16% BAC.

Crowley was released with appearance tickets for Great Valley Town Court, where he is due to appear in February.
