Victor, NY – On March 21, 2020, at approximately 10:35 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Victor for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Courtney A. Solano, 28, of Liverpool, NY, was found to be intoxicated while traveling with a 3-year-old child.  Solano was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Henrietta where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%. 

 

Solano was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child in the Vehicle; a Class E Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child; a Class A Misdemeanor.  Both Solano and the child were turned over to a sober third party.  Solano was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Victor Court on April 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
