On August 14th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew Harris, 24, of Westfield and Keith Cady, 38, of Jamestown, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree.
Harris was pulled over for attempting to avoid a road check on Route 60 in Jamestown.  Harris was found to have 18 suspensions on his license and the passenger, Cady, did not have a license at all. An inventory of the vehicle prior to the tow arrival revealed a wrapper, a bag and two jars all containing methamphetamine and a smoking device containing methamphetamine residue. Harris and Cady were placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Harris was issued traffic tickets and both Harris and Cady were issued appearance tickets directing them to appear in the town of Kiantone Court next month.
