SP Machias Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Tingue on Mckinstry Rd. in Yorkshire.  During the traffic stop Tingue showed signs of impairment and failed subsequent administered standardized field sobriety tests.  Tingue admitted to having drugs in the vehicle and to have been drinking and using drugs prior to driving.  Tingue was transported to SP Machias for further testing by a drug recognition expert and processing. 

Tingue released on appearance tickets for Yorkshire town court, where he is due to appear in November 2021.
