On August 19, 2020, State Police arrested 33-year-old Adam F. Gervais, of Malone following the investigation of a burglary. On March 17, 2020, Gervais broke into Sample Lumber on County Route 22 in Bangor.  Troopers responded for an alarm and found Gervais inside the building with a vehicle that he had loaded with store merchandise.  He fled the scene. Subsequent to presentation to a Franklin County Grand Jury, an indictment warrant for Burglary 3rd degree was issued for Gervais’ arrest.  He was arraigned before Franklin County Court and released on his own recognizance, to reappear before the court at a later date.
