Man arrested for Aggravated DWI after an accident on Oak Hill Road.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Monday, September 18, 2023, troopers from SP Auburn responded to a motor vehicle accident on Oak Hill Road in the town of Moravia.  Massimiliano Caruso, age 52, of Auburn, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and a traffic ticket.  All tickets were returnable to the Town of Moravia Court on October 12, 2023.
