On July 27, 2022, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Time J. Thomas Jr., 28 of Buffalo, NY for Aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than 16 years old, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Possession of a weapon 2nd degree, Criminal Possession Controlled sub 5 (2counts) and Criminal Possession Controlled sub 7th degree.
On July 27, 2022, at 2:28 A.M., Troopers out of SP Niagara responded to River Road in the town of Wheatfield for a vehicle stopped in the roadway located by U.S. Border Patrol. Further investigation revealed that the operator, Thomas was asleep with a female passenger and an eight-year-old child in the back seat. Thomas failed a pre-screen for DWI Drugs. Also located in the vehicle was cocaine, heroin and 9mm Century Arms pistol loaded with a high-capacity magazine.
Thomas was arrested and processed at SP Niagara. Thomas was arraigned at the Wheatfield Town Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail without bail due to a prior felony convictions and being on parole.
