Man from Alden arrested for DWI

On August 30, 2022, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested James A. Andrzejewski, 62 of Alden, NY for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and following to close.

 

On August 30, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to a two-car accident at the intersection of Clinton Street and Town line Rd., in the town of Marilla. Andrzejewski had ran into the back of a vehicle that was stopped at a stop sign. Andrzejeski was placed under arrest after failure to perform SFST’s. Andrzejewski was transported to SP Elma for processing. Andrzejewski recorded a .20% BAC.

 

Andrzejewski was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Marilla court for September 2022.
