Man from Amherst arrested for DWI

On May 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Waleed S. Malik., 28, of Amherst, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.

 

On May 18, 2023, Troopers stop Malik on Main Street in Clarence for an inadequate brake light. Malik was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Malik recorded .11% BAC.

 

Malik was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court on May 25, 2023.
