On August 9, 2021 at 1:42 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Robi L. Terziani, 26 of Perry, NY for driving while impaired by drugs, operating a vehicle with out a license, failure to obey traffic device, failure to obey flagman in work zone and obstructed view.

 

 

 

 

On August 9, 2021, Troopers had a complaint of an erratic operation of a motor vehicle on Oatka Rd in the town of Warsaw, description of vehicle and NY registration was obtained by a flagman in a work zone that had been almost hit by said vehicle. Vehicle was located in the Village of Warsaw, NY on East Buffalo Street and the operator of said vehicle was Terziani. Terziani was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to WCCH where Terziani consented to a blood draw. Terziani then was transported to SP Warsaw, where a Drug Recognition Expert performed an evaluation on Terziani and it was determined that he was impaired by drugs. Terziani was issued traffic tickets returnable to where the initial incident took place in the town of Perry court for September 2021.
