Maryland man arrested for aggravated DWI in Great Valley

On July 26, 2019, SP Olean Troopers arrested John M. Bukolt, 38, of New Market, MD for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC 0.18% or More.

During their investigation of a suspicious vehicle at a residence on U.S. Route 219 in the town of Great Valley, Troopers determined Bukolt had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He refused to submit to standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Bukolt was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.23% BAC.

Bukolt was released with appearance tickets for Great Valley Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
