On February 15, 2021, State Police in Queensbury arrested 22-year-old Adam S. Grzyb of Dudley, MA., for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, a class D felony, and Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

State Police stopped Grzyb for a traffic infraction as he traveled on I-87 in the town of Queensbury late Sunday night. When the Trooper approached the vehicle to speak with him, they could smell the odor of alcohol coming from the interior. Grzyb was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed, and taken into custody. Further investigation revealed that he was also in possession of approximately 2.5 grams of cocaine.

Grzyb taken into custody and transported to SP Queensbury where he provided a breath sample of .12% B.A.C. Grzyb was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Queensbury Town Court on March 29, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
