PRESS RELEASE
 On October 2, 2021, at approximately 3:12 p.m., State Police responded to a residence on State Highway 420, in the town of Massena for a report of a larceny.  An investigation revealed that 36-year-old Joshua M. Jarvis of Massena stole property and caused damages inside the residence. Jarvis reportedly stole an Xbox video gaming console, punched holes in the walls and ripped a bedroom door off its hinges. Jarvis also had an active bench warrant issued by the Malone Village Police Department. Jarvis was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and Aggravated Family Offense. He was arraigned in the Norfolk Town Court and released on his own recognizance and to reappear in the Norfolk Town Court at a later date. He was then turned over to the Malone Village Police Department.
