Massena man arrested for felony DWI

 

 

 

 

 On February 20, 2021, at approximately 3 p.m., State Police arrested 56-year-old Terry A. Ostraski of Massena, for DWI following a traffic stop for speeding on South Racquette River Road, in the village of Massena. His blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.16%. Due to a prior conviction in the previous ten years, Ostraski was charged with Felony DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1^st degree. He was arraigned by the Massena Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.  He is to reappear in Massena Town Court at a later date.
