On September 24th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Ronald Hall, 33, of Mayville, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

The Troopers observed Hall, who they recognized as a subject wanted in several local jurisdictions as well as family court, riding his bicycle on North Main Street in Jamestown. Hall was instructed to stop at which point he fled, ignoring verbal commands from the Troopers. Hall struck a vehicle, causing damage to its rear quarter panel. Hall attempted to flee a second time but was taken into custody by the Troopers. The following items were in Hall’s possession: 14 grams of loose marijuana, a bag of marijuana, a stolen wallet containing three bank cards, two identification cards, three social security cards and other miscellaneous documents, a stolen Droid phone, and a BB gun. Hall was processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
