Bethlehem, NY – On February 12, 2021, at approximately 10:45 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Bethlehem for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Kayli G. Goetz, 26, of Mechanicville, NY, was found to be intoxicated. Goetz was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany, where she refused to submit to a breath test to determine the alcohol content in her system.
Additionally, Goetz has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony.
Goetz was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bethlehem Court on March 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
