Ulster, NY – On March 7, 2021, at approximately 7:25 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Ulster, for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver, Christopher P. Aucoin, 50, of Wilton, NH, was found to be intoxicated.  Aucoin was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Kingston, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22%. 


Aucoin was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Ulster Court on April 28, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.
