New Hudson complaint leads to aggravated DWI arrest at nearly four times the limit for Buffalo man

On May 15, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested James J. Linkowski Jr., 47, of Buffalo, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.

Troopers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked along the roadway on New Mexico Road in the town of New Hudson. They found Linkowski asleep at the wheel and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Linkowski was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.31% BAC.

Linkowski was released with appearance tickets for New Hudson Town Court, where he is due to appear in July.
