Troopers received several 911 calls following the rollover accident on I-88 after Intile, the sole occupant, exited his vehicle and began hiding bags behind the pine trees near the crash scene.  One of the witnesses, a State Police Investigator, observed Intile discarding illegal drugs which were inside of his vehicle.  Intile failed field sobriety testing and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert who determined Intile was Impaired by Drugs.

Intile was charged with possession of Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, Ketamine and Ecstasy and arraigned in the Town of Duanesburg Court by the Honorable Patrick Wren.  He was remanded to the Schenectady County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 secured bond.
