On September 17, 2019, State Police in Queensbury arrested 27-year-old Yimara A. Ramos-Gueto of Lakewood N.J., for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree (C felony), and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2nd degree (violation).

 

Shortly after 3:03 a.m. on Tuesday, Troopers stopped a vehicle traveling on the Adirondack Northway in the town of Queensbury for a traffic infraction.

 

When a Trooper interviewed the driver Yimara Ramos-Gueto, they could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside of the vehicle. A search of the car revealed that Ramos-Gueto was in possession of approximately 4.1 grams of a substance believed to be cocaine and approximately 28 grams of marijuana.

 

Ramos-Gueto was taken into custody and transported to SP Queensbury for processing. She was subsequently transported to Warren County Jail to await centralized arraignment
