New Rochelle man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit.

Harrison, NY – On December 11, 2021, at approximately 11:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Ernest B. Bolden, 63, of New Rochelle, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.20%. 

Bolden was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on January 4, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
