Niagara Falls man arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property

On March 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm, Troopers out of SP Niagara arrested Paul E. Donoughe, 51 of Niagara Falls NY for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th and vehicle traffic violations.

 

On March 16, 2023, Troopers stopped Donoughe on Niagara Falls Blvd in the city of Niagara Falls for a traffic infraction. Subsequent to investigation, it was found the motor vehicle that Donoughe was operating was stolen out of the city of Niagara Falls. Donoughe was placed under arrest and transported to SP Niagara for processing.

 

Donoughe was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets returnable to the city of Niagara Falls court for a later date in April 2023.
