Niagara Falls, NY – On March 13, 2021, at approximately 1:25 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Buffalo Ave in the city of Niagara Falls for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver, Reginald S. Wilcoxen, 54, of Niagara Falls, NY, was found to be intoxicated. 

 

While Wilcoxen was being taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of approximately 5 grams of crack cocaine and a scale with cocaine residue on it.  He was transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be a .11%. 

 

Wilcoxen was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree; a Class D Felony, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree; a Class A Misdemeanor, and Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor. 

 

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Niagara Falls Court on March 29, 2021.
