Buffalo, NY – On June 20, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-190 in the city of Buffalo for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Brian P. Moody, 38, of Niagara Falls, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license.  He was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .14%. 


Additionally, Moody has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result, he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; both Class E Felonies.


Moody was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on July 17, 2020.
