No signal violation leads to a DWI arrest in Lake George

State Police in Queensbury arrested Dinah M. Bouthot, 54, of Lewiston, ME for Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Lake George on July 11, 2019. While on patrol, Troopers were on Canada street and noticed a white Ford Escape fail to signal onto Canada Street from Lower Amherst Street. Upon conducting a motor vehicle stop, Bouthot was found to be driving and the suspicion of alcohol consumption was found. Subsequently, he was given several standard field sobriety tests and arrested for DWI. Bouthot was later tested to have a 0.14% blood alcohol concentration and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lake George Court on July 18, 2019.
