On March 13, 2023, State Police members arrested Jenna M. Fish, age 26 of North Bangor, NY for endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person 1st degree. 

On March 13, 2023, around 11:28 a.m., Troopers responded to Citizen Advocates housing, located on Church Street in the town of Chateaugay, for a report of an employee striking an individual on the head. An investigation determined Fish struck a nonverbal, mentally and physically disable person on the head when the victim accidentally ran into her with a wheelchair.  

Fish was arrested and transported to SP Malone for processing.  She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Chateaugay Court for a later date in April.
