PRESS RELEASE

 

On September 3, 2021, at 10:09 p.m., State Police responded to a roll-over crash at the intersection of Allen Road and Rebecca Street in the town of Clay, Onondaga County.

The preliminary investigation has determined a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, operated by Steven P. Clark, age 32 from North Syracuse, NY was traveling south on Allen Road when he struck the rear of a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe that was parked along the shoulder of the roadway.  Clark’s vehicle then rolled over before coming to rest on its roof at the intersection with Rebecca Street.

Clark was transported to Upstate University Hospital for minor injuries where he was treated and release. He was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Clay Court on October 12, 2021, at 4:30 p.m.
