On April 18, 2020, at approximately 5:45 p.m., State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on Haggert Road in the town of Ogdensburg. Following an investigation at the scene, State Police arrested 27-year-old Joshua J. Ladouceur of Ogdensburg for menacing another male with a shotgun. Ladouceur also fired two rounds off into the air outside. No one was injured.

Ladouceur was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree (D felony), Menacing 1st degree (E felony), Disorderly Conduct (violation), and a violation of Environmental Conservation Law Illegal Discharge of a Firearm (A misdemeanor). He was arraigned by the Honorable James Phillips, Morristown Town Justice and released under the supervision of probation.

The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
