On July 7, 2020, State Police arrested 55-year-old Leo T. Compo Jr., of Ogdensburg after he nearly collided with another person in a vehicle on July 6, 2020, at approximately 7:24 p.m. The victim was traveling westbound on State Route 37 in the town of Lisbon, when Compo, traveling east, swerved into his lane, causing the victim to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
