On November 8, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Jonathan Colon, 35, of Olean, NY for Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Troopers investigating a report of a male customer stealing a smartphone from an employee at a business on U.S. Route 219 in the town of Carrollton determined Colon was responsible for the theft.
