Update: Thanks to the tips that we’ve received from the public, we believe we have been able to identify the pictured subject!
 
Original Post: New York State Police at Oneonta are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this person. 
 
The male is seen using another person’s card (without their permission) and taking cash on October 2, 2022, at the ATM in the Morris Community Bank. 
 
Anyone with information is asked to call New State Police at (607)561-7400, case 11096081.
