23 total citations were issued during the detail, including one where a motorist was stopped for driving their vehicle at 95 mph through the single lane active work zone.

The tickets issued are as follows:

Speeding – 7

Cell Phone Use - 3

Motorists are urged to drive responsibly in work zones.  Please follow the posted signage.  Move over a lane, when it’s safely possible or whenever encountering vehicles displaying red, white, blue, amber or green lights. Every one working on the side of the road deserves to go back home to their family!
