PRESS RELEASE

On May 29th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested George Edington, 31, for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Celeste Carr, 34, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Possession of Controlled Substances by Ultimate Users Original Container. Carr was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for traffic violations. Carr and Edington were placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. As Edington had previously been convicted for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, the charge was upgraded to a felony. Edington and Carr were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court on a later date.
