Woodbury, NY – On February 14, 2021, at approximately 12:31 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Woodbury for a vehicle and traffic violation. During the interview of the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle and the occupants was established.  The driver, Alan J. Stone, 27, of Pacific, MO, and passenger, Cameron T. Mollica, 43, of Jacksonville, NC, were found to be in possession of approximately 2.6 grams of crack cocaine and 7.5 grams of heroin.

 

The two men were taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Newburgh, where they were charged with two counts each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree (cocaine); a Class D Felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor.

 

Both were released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Woodbury Court on March 24, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
