Pennsylvania man arrested for aggravated DWI at over twice the legal limit after Machias crash

On February 7, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Nathan R. Clark, 33, of Bradford, PA for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.

Troopers investigating a one-car accident on State Route 242 in the town of Machias determined Clark had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Clark was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.18% BAC.

Clark was released with appearance tickets for Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
