Pennsylvania man arrested for DWAI-Drugs in Allegany

On July 4, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Robert E. Stuckey, 54, of Bradford, PA for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

During a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 417 in the town of Allegany, Troopers determined Stuckey had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was also found to be in possession of suboxone for which he did not have a prescription. Stuckey was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.

Stuckey was released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
