Pennsylvania man arrested for DWAI-Drugs in Carrollton

On July 17, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Joseph F. Notoro, 61, of Mt. Jewett, PA, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (With a Child Passenger Less Than 16), Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

During a traffic stop on Parkside Drive in the town of Carrollton, Troopers determined Notoro had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Notoro was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.

Notoro was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
