Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI after Friendship pursuit

On May 14, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Justin Hallock, 36, of Bradford, PA for Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer 3rd Degree, Reckless Driving, Driving While Intoxicated, and numerous other traffic violations.

After observing a vehicle operating at an extremely high rate of speed on Interstate 86 in the town of Friendship, Troopers attempted a traffic stop, at which time the vehicle fled from the Troopers. Hallock then exited the vehicle on Pennsylvania Avenue in Friendship and fled on foot. He was located a short time later and was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests. Hallock was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.13% BAC.

Hallock was released with appearance tickets for Friendship Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
