Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI in Carrollton

On May 24, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Daniel J. Grady, 27, of Bradford, PA for Driving While Intoxicated.

During a traffic stop on South Nine Mile Road in the town of Carrollton, Grady was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Grady was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.11% BAC.

Grady was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
