Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit following a traffic stop on the Thruway.

Bethlehem, NY – On March 21, 2021, at approximately 7:00 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Bethlehem for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Keith P. Nealer, 59, of Tarentum, PA, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%. 

Nealer was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Bethlehem Court on April 14, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.
