Harrison, NY – On May 22, 2021, at approximately 12:50 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation.  After interviewing the driver, Quincy J. Hilliard, 38, of E. Stroudsburg, PA, he was found to be intoxicated and had a revoked NY license.  Hilliard was arrested and transported to SP New Rochelle where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .12%. 

Additionally, Hilliard has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and is required to operate a vehicle with an ignition interlock device.  As a result, he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; both Class E Felonies and Operating a Motor Vehicle with no Ignition Interlock Device; a Class A Misdemeanor.

Hilliard was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on June 8, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.
