Greenburgh, NY – On November 24, 2019, shortly before midnight, State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Ravi L. Gudhka, 38, of Equinunk, PA, was found to be intoxicated while traveling with a 10 and 14-year old in the car.  The children were turned over to a responsible party.    Gudhka was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Tarrytown where he refused to submit to a chemical test.  
Gudhka was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child in the Vehicle; a Class E Felony.  He was turned over to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on December 6, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
