Pennsylvania woman arrested for aggravated DWI at over twice the limit after Genesee accident

On August 12, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Emily S. Hoffman, 45, of Hanover, PA for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated - BAC Over 0.18%.

Troopers investigating a one-car accident on State Route 417 in the town of Genesee determined Hoffman had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Hoffman was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.19% BAC.

Hoffman was released with appearance tickets for Genesee Town Court, where she is due to appear in September.
