Pennsylvania woman arrested for DWI at over twice the limit in Genesee

On May 12, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Kristen A. Harriger, 39, of Shinglehouse, PA for Driving While Intoxicated.

During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Genesee, Troopers observed Harriger exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined she had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Harriger was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.17% BAC.

Harriger was released with appearance tickets for Genesee Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
