Pennsylvania woman arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit following a crash on the Thruway.

Minden, NY – On August 13, 2022, at approximately 6:30 p.m., State Police responded to a single car property damage crash on I-90 in the town of Minden.  The investigation revealed a 2022 Nissan Sentra traveling westbound, drove off the left shoulder and struck the center guiderail.  The uninjured driver, Jennifer L. Walkling, 33, of Philadelphia, PA, was found to be intoxicated.  

Walkling was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Schuyler where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%.  She was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and several vehicle and traffic violations.  Walkling was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Minden Court on October 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
