On October 11, 2019, State Police responded to Plattsburgh Wholesale Homes located at 7109 State Route 9, in the town of Plattsburgh, for a report of a larceny.
An investigation revealed that 31-year-old Joshua M. Baker of Plattsburgh, who was employed by Plattsburgh Wholesale Homes, used a company credit card to purchase items for himself. The value of the items Baker purchased accumulated to an amount exceeding $3,500 and included hand tools, power tools, and other various items. Baker was charged with one count of Grand Larceny 3rd degree, and arraigned in the Town of Plattsburgh Court.  He was released on his own recognizance.
